By accessing, viewing, or participating in any eWAVR training—whether online, live remote, or in-person—you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright Ownership
   All training materials, video modules, slides, recordings, and related resources (collectively, the “Training Content”) are protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the Training Content are owned by eWAVR Partners, LLC (“the Company”) or its licensors.
2. Limited License
   The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Training Content for your own professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, record, or create derivative works from the Training Content without the Company’s express written permission.
3. Prohibited Actions
   You may not:
   • Download, record, share, or otherwise make any part of the Training Content available without written authorization.
   • Resell, redistribute, or share access credentials or materials with others.
   • Use any trademarks, service marks, or logos associated with the Training Content without prior permission.

   Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

4. Termination of Access
   The Company reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Training Content if you violate these terms or engage in activity that infringes upon the Company’s intellectual-property rights.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
   • Live training sessions: Full refund minus $60 administrative fee if attendee cancels more than 14 days before start of event. 50% refund if canceled between 7 and 14 days before the event. No refunds if within 7 days of the start of the event, but you may transfer a credit to a future date (valid for 24 months). A transfer administrative fee of $60 is charged for transfers.
   • If we cancel or materially alter a live training event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
   • Recorded training: Refunds are only available if requested before access/activation. Once access is granted or the participant logs in, no refunds are available because the full course content has been delivered.
6. Professional Disclaimer
   The training materials and services provided by eWAVR Partners, LLC are intended for professional development and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for legal advice, clinical judgment, or direct intervention in specific cases. The trainers and the Company assume no responsibility for decisions made or actions taken by participants based on the training or materials provided.
