Copyright and Ownership
All training materials, video modules, slides, recordings, and related resources (collectively, the “Training Content”) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the Training Content are owned by eWAVR Partners, LLC or its licensors.
Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Training Content for your own professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, record, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Download, record, share, or distribute any portion of the Training Content without authorization
- Share access credentials or allow others to access your account
- Use associated trademarks or materials without permission
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Training Content if these terms are violated.
Refunds and Cancellations
Live training sessions: Full refund minus a $60 administrative fee if canceled more than 14 days before the event. 50% refund if canceled between 7–14 days prior. No refunds within 7 days, but a transferable credit (valid for 24 months) may be issued. A $60 administrative fee applies to transfers.
If we cancel or materially alter a live event, a full refund or credit will be provided.
Recorded training: Refunds are available only prior to access or activation. Once access is granted, no refunds are available.
Professional Disclaimer
Training materials and services are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for legal advice, clinical judgment, or case-specific intervention. eWAVR Partners assumes no responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on the training.
Role of WAVR-21 and User Responsibility
WAVR-21 is a structured professional judgment framework and does not determine outcomes. Users are responsible for their decisions and must operate within their competency.
AI and Data Use Restrictions
Materials may not be used to train AI systems without authorization.
